Davidson County JobLink, representing six major workforce agencies, provides comprehensive employment and training services for job seekers and employers in a convenient, one-stop Career Center. There is a comprehensive JobLink Center in Thomasville JobLink Career Center in Davidson County.

Joblink services include up-to-date information about today's job market, career and labor market information, education and training services, placement assistance and services for individuals with disabilities. While the JobLink System is part of a statewide and national initiative, JobLink is designed to meet the specific need of the local community in Davidson County.

Our mission is to provide individuals and employers universal access to employment services, education and job training services, labor market information, and/or supportive services in an integrated customer-driven system which improves job situations; economic independence for individuals; and results in a skilled workforce.

The Davidson County JobLink System is a collaborative partnership. Our JobLink Center is chartered by the Davidson County Workforce Development Board, which provides oversight; and supported by the leadership of the County's major workforce agencies.
